Paved parking lots, no Mobile homes or port-a-potties here.  Most large production facilities are located in out of the way locations.  We on the other hand locate in the heart of suburban areas, always near a school system. Why?  The large resources of people needing jobs and the proximity of our customers.  We employee local residents of the areas we are located in.  We also locate our facilities near the customers we supply.  A single facility supplier will not want to travel more than 4 hours each way to you, that means his truck will be gone all day to deliver to you.
