Where we Ship

Domestic: Orders can be placed online for shipment to all States and surrounding US territories. 


Customer Will Call

OUR STORE: We can arrange for your order to be picked up at our Largo Florida store, simply contact us to make arrangements.

BILL MY ACCOUNT: We ship via UPS daily, we do not have a FedEx or USPS pick up. Some orders will require multiple packages. Due to credit card regulations we cannot ship using third party shipping accounts, all shipments must be shipped under our account numbers or the manufacturers number if drop shipping.

Shipping Choices

We offer delivery via our fleet of trucks, by common carrier (LTL), UPS and offer customer pick up as well, see product description for details for how product ships.

  1. UPS Only - Item ships from supplier - not in stock at our store
  2. SPECIAL ORDER Not Avail In Store UPS ONLY- This is a special order item from the manufacturer, additional delivery time required, all products subject to restocking fee.
  3. UPS - We can ship this item from our warehouse - or - 4 -or- 5
  4. Our Truck - Will be delivered via one of our delivery trucks -or- 3 -or- 5
  5. Pick up Avail - Item is typically in stock at our store -or- 3 -or- 4


Pallets of Stakes

When checking out, select the zone you are located in if you reside in the 727, 813, 863, 941, 352 or 407 area code. Outside those areas are quoted by common carrier (LTL), typically around $75 to $100 per pallet in the state of Florida without a lift gate service, additional charges apply, please call your order in 727.538.0886. UPS rates are for select items only.




1. An RGA request should be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

2. All merchandise must be unused and shipped back in original packaging within 14 days of invoice date to receive a return credit.

3. Qualified returns are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fee.

4. Credit will not be issued for delivery or collection fees unless STAKEMILL has mistakenly sent the incorrect merchandise.

5. No refunds will be made for used merchandise.



All special order merchandise shipped direct from the manufacturer will be governed by the MANUFACTURERS RETURN POLICY.



If the merchandise ordered proves to be defective, please contact STAKEMILL within 24 hours of receipt by calling 727-538-0886 ext 2. We require customer to ship back defective products in like new condition along with all accessories, boxes, and manuals. Defective goods will be replaced with identical items if available.


Special Services

We are not able to guarantee overnight shipments as we may not be able to process order same day. Shipping speed will not guarantee faster order fulfillment.
